100% Hemp Green Decorticated Fiber
This hemp bark fiber is pealed directly from the hemp stalks using the green decortication method. This is about as raw as it gets. It has not been processed or combed. The lengths are very long since they run the entire height of the stalk. This fiber is flat and between 1/16 inch and 1/4 inch wide. It is similar to corn husk in that the fibers have not been separated from one another. This is the perfect fiber for use in textiles. However it still needs to be degummed to remove the lignin and separate the fibers.
