Return Policy. NAMU allows 15 days from the shipment date to return any regular-priced slide purchased directly from namurecovery.com if all the NAMU return requirement are met.

IMPORTANT RETURN REQUIREMENTS: Any NAMU product being returned must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and within 15 days of shipment.

Exchange Policy. NAMU allows 7 days from the shipment date to exchage any regular-priced slide purchased directly from namurecovery.com if all the NAMU return requirement are met.
